In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout unless the context specifically requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the g888 website, web application, and all gaming, betting, and account-management services made available through it.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player upon completing the g888 registration process.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held within a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus credits.

These Terms & Conditions are published and available in English. The English version is the authoritative and legally binding version. Any translation provided for convenience is non-binding; in the event of a conflict between language versions, the English text prevails.

3.1 Age Requirement. Access to g888 is strictly limited to individuals who are aged 21 years or above at the time of registration. Persons under the age of 21 are absolutely prohibited from opening an Account, depositing funds, or participating in any game or betting activity on the Platform. By registering, you warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.

3.2 One Account Policy. Each individual may register and maintain only one Account on the Platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, the same IP address, or any combination thereof — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of all funds across the duplicate accounts.

3.3 Accurate Information. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update that information promptly whenever it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration details — including a false name, date of birth, or contact information — is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

3.4 Identity Verification. g888 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any Player at any stage of the account relationship. This may include a government-issued national identity card, passport, driver's licence, or utility bill. g888 may suspend withdrawals and restrict account functionality pending the completion of satisfactory KYC verification. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may be closed and the balance returned to the original payment source, net of any Bonus Funds.

3.5 Geographic Restrictions. The g888 Platform is operated for players located in Bangladesh. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by local law do so entirely at their own risk and legal responsibility. g888 does not guarantee the legality of accessing the Platform from any particular jurisdiction outside Bangladesh.

4.1 Password Responsibility. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. g888 will never ask you to disclose your password via email, telephone, or any other channel.

4.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify g888 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation or that your login credentials have been compromised. g888 accepts no liability for any losses arising from unauthorised access that results from your failure to adequately protect your credentials.

4.3 Two-Factor Authentication. g888 strongly recommends that all Players enable SMS OTP two-factor authentication on their Account. Enabling two-factor authentication significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access. Instructions for enabling this feature are available in the Account Security settings section of the Platform.

4.4 Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your Account, whether or not you authorised that activity. Bets placed and transactions conducted from your Account will be treated as valid unless you have previously notified g888 of a compromise and g888 has confirmed that the Account has been secured.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. g888 accepts deposits via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. 5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit by default, however g888 reserves the right to apply enhanced due-diligence checks on deposits above certain thresholds as required by internal risk management procedures.

5.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits are credited to your Account Balance within 5 minutes under normal network and system conditions. In exceptional circumstances involving network disruption or payment processor outages, this timeframe may be extended. 5.4 Currency. All Account Balances, deposits, and withdrawals on g888 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits made in foreign currencies via international payment channels will be converted at the prevailing interbank exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

5.5 Own Funds. You warrant that all funds deposited into your g888 Account are legitimately owned by you and are not the proceeds of any illegal activity. g888 complies with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations and will report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities as required by law.

6.1 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals to verified mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are processed within 30 minutes of the withdrawal request being approved, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including public holidays. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

6.2 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

6.3 KYC Requirement. g888 is required to verify the identity of Players before processing withdrawal requests. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may experience delays in withdrawal processing. g888 may request supporting documents including a national ID, proof of address, or confirmation of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within 14 days may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled and returned to the Account Balance.

6.4 Withdrawal to Original Source. Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used to make the deposit, unless an exception has been granted by the g888 compliance team in writing. This policy exists to protect players from fraud and to ensure compliance with anti-money-laundering requirements.

6.5 Bonus Funds. Only real-money Balance funds are eligible for withdrawal. Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until all associated Wagering Requirements have been fully completed. Winnings generated from Bonus Funds become real-money Balance and are eligible for withdrawal once wagering requirements are met, subject to the withdrawal limits applicable to the specific promotion.

7.1 Offer Terms. All bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives offered by g888 are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of each offer. These specific terms take precedence over any general statements about bonuses made elsewhere on the Platform. It is the Player's responsibility to read and understand the terms of any promotion before claiming it.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements as specified in the individual promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, the Wagering Requirement is applied to the bonus amount. Wagers placed on certain game categories (typically live dealer and sports betting) may contribute at a reduced rate toward Wagering Requirements — the contribution rate is specified in each promotion's terms.

7.3 Bonus Expiry. All Bonus Funds and associated Wagering Requirements are subject to an expiry period as specified in the individual promotion terms. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them that have not been unlocked through completed Wagering Requirements by the expiry date will be removed from the Account automatically.

7.4 Abuse Prevention. g888 reserves the right to void bonuses, reverse winnings, and close accounts where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming the same promotion multiple times using duplicate accounts, coordinating with other players to guarantee bonus winnings through low-risk betting strategies, or using automated tools to complete Wagering Requirements.

7.5 One Bonus at a Time. Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, only one bonus offer may be active on a Player's Account at any given time. Activating a new bonus before a previous bonus has expired or had its Wagering Requirements completed may result in the earlier bonus being forfeited.

8.1 Game Providers. 8.5 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets and are displayed within the game interface or market listing. The following actions are strictly prohibited on the g888 Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will face immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and may be reported to law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool that interacts with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or software errors in any game or platform feature for financial gain.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any poker, live dealer, or sports betting context.
• Registering more than one Account or using another person's Account credentials.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written consent of g888.

11.3 Indirect Losses. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, g888 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if g888 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11.4 Maximum Liability. Where g888 is found to be liable to a Player under applicable law, g888's aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player to their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

The collection, storage, and use of your personal data by g888 is governed by the g888 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By accepting these Terms & Conditions you also confirm your acceptance of the Privacy Policy.

14.3 Effect of Termination. Upon account termination for breach, all Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds will be forfeited. Real-money Balance may be returned to the Player at g888's sole discretion following any required investigation. g888 is not obligated to return funds where the Account was closed due to fraud, money laundering, or serious breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
